Q: Which mobile phones are supported ?
A: Camper widget works on all S60 (FP1 upwards) Nokia devices.

Q:Which technology does the widget use ?
A: It's based on Nokia WRT (Web Runtime) check WRT main page for more details.

Q: Which are the benefits of using WRT technology in comparing to mobile browsing ?
A: There are a lot of benefits, let's just check a few:

  1. It's installed on your mobile phone, so it's easy accessible.
  2. It's optimized for use on your phone display.
  3. Bacause all the components are  installed on the phone the only data you are transfering through is text, which reduces the bill for your data plan - without loosing a rich user interface.

Q: How do you navigate when using the widget ?
A: Like you would when browsing on a mobile browser - with the navigation keys. Both types of navigation are supported; the cursor mode and the tabbed mode. It is recommended that you use the tabbed navigation mode and the softkeys as much as possible, as controlling the cursor with the navigation keys may be quite difficult for some users - Camper is optimized for tabbed navigation mode.


Q: Is if for free ?
A: It will always stay free to some degree. Currently it's in the trial stage with some more functionalities to add and improve on our roadmap. In the future you will be able to use it in the read only, add supported mode for free -  so you will be able to stay on track with your Basecamp projects. In order to create new projects, check milestones, todos and use some additional features a small one time fee will apply.

Q: What's on the roadmap for the next versions ?
A: There are a couple of things on our roadmaps. In the next versions we are planning to include:

  1. Time tracking
  2. Deeper integration with the service APIs on the mobile phone, like alarms for late milestones, synchronizing with your Address book, etc ... .
  3. Integration - mashups with other application from 37Signals, like Highrise - for which the widget is allredy being developed.
  4. Feature requests from you !


Q:What to do if I encounter a problem when using the widget ?
A: Simply e-mail us at support@inova.si and will will try to resolve the issue ASAP, also feel free to send us any comments or request about new features..
